I am using Umbrel 1.1 on Pi4 and trying to connect wirelessly . I was able to get that working on the previous version using SSH via adding network connection to
/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf
Its seems that 1.1 is using different “locked down” restrictive version. but Thanks for adding adding the terminal option
Is there a way to enable wireless connection.
Hey @bilal.dar, the first public beta of umbrelOS 1.2 officially brings Wi-Fi support. To test out the update on an existing Umbrel, go to Settings > Advanced settings, and enable umbrelOS Beta Program. You’ll then see “umbrelOS 1.2 Beta 1” being available for update. After update, you can connect to your Wi-Fi from Settings > Wi-Fi.
