I am stuck on this screen. Ho long should it be loading? I have been waiting a couple hours.

My Raspi4 crashed… Just got a new one and plugged the disk to it… I try to start again (newst version of Umbrel) and got this when I run debug commands Can you help me… Or point me to someone? thanks

I tried another SD case, a different SD card, flashed many times, still am stuck on the loading screen since hours. I am stuck. Also would love some advice.
