I cannot start my node again.
After some basic tshooting, I think the better way to get it back is to restore it again from scratch.
Is there any guide to help?
Can I keep the BTC blockchain on my HD to avoid having to syct it again?

I think is better to do a clean install, files may be corrupted after your power supply issues.
But try to save in another disk files “channels.backup” and “channels.db” to easilly restore lightning channels.
Do a speed test in SSD before using it. See my sugestion to test it here Cant get past initial set up. SSD?
