I have a channel stuck in “waiting close”. I did not initiate the close. The other node operator seems to have bailed - not found on Amboss etc. I’ve restarted my node - nothing. If the other person initiated this close, how can I respond or do I need to force close? I have not used terminal so pretty NOOB here. Thanks Here’s the channel info.
