Hi, I am running 0.4.1 for almost a year without any issues but when I check for updates it doesn’t allow me to update. If I flash my SD card to 0.4.14 will I loose my Pi Hole settings? I spent some time configuring it and will hate to loose all that.

Flashing the mSd card with latest umbrel version is safu.
On mSD is only the OS and apps. All user data is on the SSD, no worry, go ahead.
Just shut down your node, take out the mSD and flash it in another PC with latest version.
Put it back in your node and start.
Done.
