Tor broken on all Umbrel

The version of tor on Umbrel is old and no longer connects to tor! All the Umbrels are out of the tor network! We are waiting for a quick fix thanks!

I reset my Umbrel and I went crazy for 2 days!

Hi @luiginarizone, just a quick update: Umbrel released umbrelOS 1.7.4 today. According to the update notes, it fixes the issue where Tor remote access and apps using Tor could fail to connect. :flexed_biceps:

I just updated and luckily everything went well! And it works tor! It was a day of panic!

Just a note for anybody on legacy umbrel (0.5.x).

It’s easy to update tor dependency location to grab a newer tor and resolve the issue.
