Need to log in locally (non-headless) Can't find IP address

I’ve got a situation where my new Umbrel desktop node was set up and has had its’ blockchain synched fully, but then my network administrator (who I can’t contact) changed my entire IP range assignment so this machine is stuck outside my IP range.

I’m at the physical machine, so I’d prefer to be able to simply log in locally & change its’ network settings into my new range, & then set the new IP address as static on my router. (Yes I control my own local router, but AT&T has changed everyone’s IPs at my whole apartment complex and we can’t contact them.)

But since the IP address can’t even be found with AngryIP on my network, (New IP range is outside of any reasonable scan range) there is no way to log into the machine, either directly or by SSH… So changing my network settings seems impossible.

So is there any way to either: A) Log in directly to the box without a network to change those settings, or B) boot with another linux OS and change the network settings on this disk manually?

Thanks in advance!

Environment:
Desktop created to purpose, Intel 8-core, 16 GB ram, 2 TB HD, Wired gigabit ethernet.
No underlying OS; running latest Umbrel version from installer here:

It took 3 weeks to sync and then I installed a few other apps before AT&T changed my IP address. Worked flawlessly @ umbrel.local until the end.

Nevermind. I’m giving up completely on Umbrel and moving to a local PC OS like mint or ubuntu.

The extra apps will be missed, but you have to have your head examined to think that they are worth all this trouble.
