Can we use LNbits as a way to send sats from our node to a seperate wallet set up using LNbits so that the sats we send out to this newly ceated wallet become inbound liquidity?

When you set-up a wallet with LNBits, it actually still just uses your LND node for managing the funds, so unfortunately, no, it will not help with managing inbound/outbound liquidity.

Best way is to get someone to open a channel with you imo, otherwise you can also loop out some sats.
