Is there somewhere a list of mining pool apps for Umbrel?
Other then public pool there are non unfortunately. It would be great if someone could get miningcore, yiimp, or some other pool software to work for those of us who dont want to mine just bitcoin
Well I figured it out, you use the terminal side and install the docker pool manually.
Just have to use Ports the Umbrel Docker system is not using in the current installation.
Miningcore docker is what I just installed, my bigger miners are still mining at unmineable and I haven’t gotten around to pointing some usb miners to it as they are still on a different Umbrel machine. I wanted to test the update the OS Umbrel is running on to Trixie, which is good to go.
The only OS requirement, is already loaded (Docker)

I haven’t bugged @denny about putting this in his public store, because its not a simple click and install app. But it does use RAM so don’t attempt this unless you have at least 12 GB of RAM.
My next coin I’m going to add is litecoin even though he hasn’t made a litecoin docker install guide, he has the files on his github. I’m sure he’ll come up with a guide for that, but I’m not waiting since its pretty easy from a certain point of view.

Ok, i had litecoin pool running but you could not mine with bitaxe
The ckpool with Zero Rees is available for umbrel
A bitaxe doesn’t mine litecoin in a solo pool as you would need a scrypt algorithm miner. The only way I know how to mine litecoin with a bitaxe is use an algorithm pplns pool like unmineable.com that you mine in BTC but the share is traded into LTC
