I can't connect to LND after the update

Mine has been going for over a day like this

@yair could you please share your logs with me, I’d be happy to take a look.

If you have some live chat details like Telegram you can DM me your username so we can have some faster back and forth.

Hey @oleh12 @nneelis @yair @Renanean @tgm3d @Fractalized! Would you please be able to try the latest umbrelOS 1.0.3? This will most likely fix this issue.

You can update to it by SSH’ing into your device with ssh umbrel@umbrel.local and using your Umbrel password.

Then, on a Raspberry Pi, you can run:

sudo mender install https://download.umbrel.com/release/1.0.3/umbrelos-pi.update && sudo reboot

Alternatively, if you are using a Raspberry Pi and aren’t comfortable with running terminal commands, you can simply re-flash your microSD card with umbrelOS 1.0.3 by following the instructions here: How to update to umbrelOS 1.0

If you’re using the Umbrel Home, you should run:

sudo mender install https://download.umbrel.com/release/1.0.3/umbrelos-amd64.update && sudo reboot

Let us know if umbrelOS 1.0.3 fixes the issue for you!

I had 0 issues with the upgrade to 1.0, but I did have to be VERY patient with the apps updating and some not opening. I found that removing them, and reinstalling them worked but it did take a full 24 hours before all my apps were sync’d and my onchain sats were available. Just my 2 cents. Patience.

Hey I did this and the blockchain started to sync from 0%.

Is this normal? In the console I saw something about If I want to “commit” or “reverse” this update, I don’t have screenshots, but now I wonder if it’s possible there’s 2 instances of Umbrel installed because of this

I have Umbrel Home

Hi @mayank ,

Just updated via CLI and my Lightning Node is back! :white_check_mark:
Took 5mn to upgrade and few minutes after the Rpi boot to access my Lightning Node.
I had to wait a bit more to be able to generate an invoice but it’s ok now (maybe 1h later).
Very good job  :zap:

You made a typo error and said ssh umbrel@umbrel.com instead of ssh umbrel@umbrel.local @mayank ^^
