Help with electrum

Someone accidentally disconnected the SSD for a few hours. I restarted umbrel and everything comes back online. Seems to be working fine except I cannot connect to electrum desktop and my other wallets, blue, zeus. Looking at the electrs logs, last block indexed is 728969 which is up to date.

Do I need to wait for it to compact, can I do it manually or do I need to restart Umbrel?

Restarting Umbrel seems to work. I can connect to electrum now.
