Umbrel installed and working. Tailscale installed and working. HashWatcher gateway installed via Umbrel but can’t remotely connect to miners. HashWatcher works fine at home on network. MinerSentinel works remotely via Tailscale on my iPhone, but I would like to view HashWatcher remotely. Help please!
hey, one easy thing to miss is that HashWatcher Gateway runs its own Tailscale node, separate from the Tailscale app on Umbrel. Being able to open Umbrel remotely only confirms that the Umbrel node is reachable. It doesn’t confirm that your miners’ local network is being routed.
Open HashWatcher Gateway and check that Tailscale shows as online, the routes are approved, and Local Network matches the network your miners are on, for example 192.168.1.0/24. On the Tailscale Machines page there should be a second device called HashWatcherGateway. Open its route settings and approve that exact subnet. Your iPhone also needs to be signed into the same Tailscale account.

Since the gateway comes from HashWatcher’s community app store, I’d add your setup details there or contact the developer at https://hashwatcher.app/support.
