I opened a channel about 2 weeks ago now and it remains stuck as ‘Pending Open’. The Funding Transaction Id has 2365 confirmations. Under details it says:
CHANNELD_AWAITING_LOCKIN
I don’t have an option inside of RTL (Core) to close the channel. Under peers I can’t disconnect either. Error message for that says:
Unable to Detach Peer. Try again later.

Is there any way to close this channel out? or simply disconnect from the peer?
