I just upgraded my Umbrel Home to 1.2.1 from 1.2.0 via the Web UI and after it finished I tried to log in, and noticed my 2FA code is not being accepted anymore.

Hey, have you tried inputting the code manually?
According to the video, it looks like your browser plugin is not filling in the digit in the last input field.
That was it. It definitely worked in previous releases though.

I am a 1password user too and it’s working fine to me but I am using Firefox
