2FA not working

I have activated 2FA successfully but when trying to log on and prompted to enter 2FA code I can enter code but can’t submit hence stay stuck on 2FA page. Anyone else experiencing this ? Any solutions ?

Note: Worked when logging in via MS Edge rather than Google Chrome - must be a browser setting or PW Manager that interferes.

with chrome, go back to the first digit, click it and press enter

If your DNS server is down (for example, you’re running pi-hole and it crashes) it will cause the 2FA to fail.
