Umbrel is based on Debian, so it’s a completely different OS.
You can use/access your umbrelOS from Windows 11 using the browser or the command line. umbrelOS itself runs on your personal home server, for example an old laptop, a raspberry pi 4/5 or the umbrel home/umbrel pro hardware.
