When can I get my Umbrel?

I ordered it 10 days ago, no tracking number and the email follow up, only card transaction went in a sec weeks ago. Please check and send me the tracking information and kindly send me my product. Best

I totally get how frustrating it must be to wait for 10 days without any updates. It’s really annoying when there’s no response. However, it might be worth checking your spam folder in case the support emails ended up there.
