Where is Support? I placed my order +2 weeks ago...Crickets

As a first time customer I am disappointed, I assume Umbrel is backlogged with orders, but there is no reply from support. If a customer places an order on your website and you are not able to full your promise, you should let the customer know. All I get are crickets…

There is no live chat.
There is no telephone number
I get no response from email support.

What’s going on guys?

I totally understand your frustration. It’s really annoying to wait for an order or a response and not hear back. Sometimes support emails end up in the spam folder, so that might be worth checking. The community here on the forum or on Discord is often very helpful and might have some tips or contacts for you.

I also think the Black Friday orders are probably still causing delays. It’s understandable that this is frustrating, but I’m sure everything will be resolved soon. Try not to stress too much - the team will likely get back to you shortly. :sunglasses:
