Hey, @hermitszhw. I suggest giving them some time. My order took close to 6 weeks and when I ordered it said it would be 3-4 weeks but the wait is worth it. The device is so easy and simple to use. Keep in mind that depending on where it’s coming from, it has to go through customs.
