Hi,
I’m trying to install UmbrelOS on a Raspberry Pi 4. I’ve following the step by step guide. Have a look at the attached video:
What I’ve tried so far:
- Flashing and reinstalling UmbrelOS twice.
- Remove all content on SSD
- Rebooted about 50 times
Hi,
I’m trying to install UmbrelOS on a Raspberry Pi 4. I’ve following the step by step guide. Have a look at the attached video:
What I’ve tried so far:
What capacity is your SSD? If 2TB or less, press and hold shift until imager installs via Ethernet and install Raspbian for relative hardware then run curl -L https://umbrel.sh | bash and follow setup instructions then umbrel.local and eureka.
If >4TB welcome to the club. I have done this, and it works, but I have 4 TB so it automatically converts to MBR instead of keeping GPT partitions. I don’t know why it does this but assuming you have a drive 2 TB or less there’s no reason it shouldn’t work.
Josh!
Thanks for this. I followed your instructions and it now works. However, it’s running on the browser on this slow Pi instead of the Umbrel OS. Any way to swap over to the Umbrel OS?
