Unable to Access umbrel.local and it's IP Address with Fresh Install

I recently flashed Umbrel onto a USB and downloaded it onto a brand-new PC. Everything loads up fine, but then I get to the screen that displays the access links (umbrel.local and the IP address), neither of these links work for me, and always say “This site can’t be reached umbrel.local refused to connect.” I would appreciate some assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

Here is what I’ve tried so far that has not worked:

  1. Logged into the admin site for my router and confirmed that the IP address displayed is correct and that Umbrel is connected to the same wifi network as my other devices.
  2. Attempted to use the access links on multiple other devices, including an iPhone, Android phone, and Windows laptop.
  3. Attempted to use the access links on multiple search engines, including Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
  4. Physically restarted the Umbrel PC multiple times.
  5. Unplugged the ethernet, turned the PC off, plugged the ethernet back in, and turned the PC back on.
  6. Opened Windows firewall on another device and created a custom outbound rule to ensure my Google Chrome had access to the Umbrel IP address.
  7. Manually assigned the Umbrel PC an IP address of my choosing, which yields the same message as with the original IP address (This site can’t be reached 192.168.x.x refused to connect).

Does the IP address respond to a ping?

ping 192.168.x.x

Instead of using umbrel.local (which I never recommend using because it does not work on all home network routers), did you try to access via the IP address?

http://192.168.x.x

Ended up fixing the issue by reflashing the UmbrelOS onto my USB and doing a fresh install on my PC.
