I currently run Umbrel on AT&T Uverse modem – but would like to switch it over to my Starlink. I have the optional ethernet connection port for the Starlink – is it complicated to start using it vs. the Uverse modem? Advice appreciated!

Nope no extra configuration needed, there have been pioneers running Starlink on travel RVs, and iirc some sail boats too, and stuff with cool shares running Umbrel just fine just plug Umbrel right into any modem/gateway ethernet port, newer versions did enable Wi-Fi pretty sure
