Umbrel Home is broken less than a day after delivery

I bought it and got it delivered, so I suddenly stopped synchronizing while I was syncing my node to Bitcoin Notts, and the umbrel.local page also stopped. I unplugged and plugged the umbrel home back in, and the power has not turned on properly since then. I left an inquiry on Umbrell’s website chat and an email, but I haven’t answered it for more than a week. My machine broke down in less than a day.
The current state is that the fan does not turn on when the power is turned on, and the power is not turned on when the fan is turned on. Or, if the power is not turned on and the fan is not turned, only the machine sound is heard inside the machine.
Of course, I tried to access the IP address of Umbrel home, but the machine itself is not powered on properly, so I can’t access it.
I want to replace this with a new one or get a solution but no one answers.
