Avoid the Umbrel Home

On September 12th I ordered an Umbrel Home. It has not worked more than a couple days without becoming unresponsive. I have communicated with “Alex” in support, provided logs and spent hours trying to troubleshoot. He only responded once and has since gone dark on my requests for a replacement. I would avoid the Umbrel until they can provide a stable product and minimal support.
