My Umbrel, running on Raspberry Pi 4, sometimes got turn off due to power loss. Is there a method to turn it back on remotely, via mobile phone or laptop?

You can use teamviewer or another remote access app to get to another device/PC on the network and then run
ssh umbrel@umbrel.local
sudo reboot
Most modern laptops and computers will have a BIOS setting to “power on after power is restored”
and then you can use Tailscale with multiple devices to check status and remote in.
