Tried updating to 0.5.0 but still shows 0.4.18

Seems similar to what I am experiencing:

Update to 0.5.0 doesn't complete

I don’t seem to be able to update my node to v0.5.0. On clicking Install I get the following sequence: Starting Update… Downloading Umbrel v0.5.0… Backing up… Updating Umbrel OS… Then with the progress indicator at only about 25% complete, I briefly see an “Update successful” message popup and am then returned to the dashboard/settings screen. But my node is still running v0.4.18. Anyone experiencing similar issues?
