Sweeping anchor fees 330 sat

When force closing a channel there are always 2 anchor fees 330 sat each. example below:
2b3ec672773db9ba846d41dbee5fa1698f31451d168423794f410c8fb7693f2f
by default Umbrel it seems does not sweep them and later somebody else does.
Does anybody know how this fees can be taken:

  • if they are from your node
  • if they belong to somebody else but are left there?

tried to search this forum but could not find any ref.

Umbrel does nothing, your Lightning node, such as LND, does this
