Silent payments have to be implemented by a wallet. Nothing to do with Umbrel.

Yes and no. You’ll need a compatible electrum server for running a silent payment wallet for full privacy. Is the implemented electrs compatible? I don’t think so.
It is compatible. I use it.
Fulcrum is also compatible.
