Seed words / channel backups for CLN?

I recently decided to try out CLN. It seems at first glance to function completely independently of the LND node. This raised an important question–are the seed words different, and are the channels backed up as they are with LND? If not, how do I access the seed words so that I would be able to recover on-chain funds in the event of data loss? And also how would I backup/restore the channels?

Not sure about the seed words, but there is a way to backup CLN.
