RasPi Under-voltage detected! (0x00050005)

Hi there.

Some days ago my Umbrel node stopped to respond at onion address.
When trying to restart the node, it stuck in a message “starting Umbrel…”.

Any ideas on how to go over this?

Thank in advance.

read

and also generate debug logs and see what happen. Otherwise… nobody have a crystal ball to know what you did or what is happening inside your node.

Thank you DarthCoin.
Beginning with re-flashing mSD card.
It is taking a long time to re-start RasPi. It stucks at:

[ 147.325990] random: crng init done

Let’s wait.

The problem is the Low Voltage Warning in the Raspberry Pi.
The start process ends with this message:

Under-voltage detected! (0x00050005)

Though I’m using the charger provided by the Raspi vendor: OUTPUT 5.0V 3.0A.

Anyone dealed with this?

Thanks in advance.

What do you have plugged in to it? I recall reading that 1 SSD is fine but if you want to hook up 2 unpowered SSDs or HDDs it starts to have power issues

1 HDD (and micro HDMI just to display start process.
The strange thing is that my Raspi 4 has been running for one and a half year with this charger.
I’ve ordered an “official” one just to make sure it is not a charger issue.

Good approach. Please submit updates

Voltage problem solved with official charger. Now my node doesn’t want to start.
I will open a new isse.
