Is there any functionality in Umbrel to be able to also use it as a print server for a USB-connected printer?

I would suggest to NOT connect any other device to an Umbrel node, in special to a RasPi device.
It will take supplementary power and will fuck around.
Well, a printer is not a power hungry device, like a hard drive. Especially the printer I use, which is USB 1.0. It’s also not active most of the time, just during the few odd moments when some document is printed. Would a printer connected to the white USB port in the Pi 4 would be really that bad for its performance?
