Last night my building had a power cut and my Umbrel failed to restart happily.
I had to mess about with ssh and stopping scripts before it came back to life.
Does anyone have any experience with the Pijuice Hat so that even though my home internet would probably go down briefly, hopefully the Umbrel would sail through.
Never even heard of a Pijuice Hat, looks awesome! I have my Umbrel connected to a UPS, and that’s worked great (I had a blackout kill my pi at one point too). If you try this, would love to hear your feedback on it.
I’m looking at the exact same thing. I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t work.
My supplier hasn’t got a PiJuice available, though - just this thing: https://core-electronics.com.au/raspberry-pi-ups-hat.html
(Could it plug into the BOTTOM of the device, rather than the top? Looks like it can’t.)
