Lightning Node(s) not synced

Timeline:

  1. November 21st – Umbrel was running fine on my HP laptop running Ubuntu.
  2. Over Thanksgiving break – laptop crashed.
  3. Black Friday – decided to buy an Umbrel Home because it was on sale.
  4. The following week – received Umbrel Home. Set it up and synced Bitcoin node.
  5. A few days ago – tried restoring my Lightning node on the new Umbrel Home device, to no success.
  6. Yesterday – decided to try to fix my laptop. My plan was to fix it, and then close all the channels and start my Lightning node on the new Umbrel Home device. Successfully got my laptop to boot into Ubuntu. I let the Bitcoin node on the laptop finish syncing, planned to then close all my Lightning channels so I can fully migrate to Umbrel Home device.
  7. Today – Lightning node on the laptop is not synced even though Bitcoin node is fully synced. I can see the list of channels, but they are all “offline public channel.” Ride The Lightning app is stuck at “Getting Node Information…”

So, bottom line, despite having two fully synced Bitcoin nodes, neither of my two Lightning nodes are functional.

I see this line in the log file:

Just for some more context, what steps have you taken to try migrate your lightning node to your Umbrel Home?
For reference these are the steps for migrating LND nodes: Migrating LND - Builder's Guide

In terms of the Ubuntu Umbrel instance, if you could please go to the settings dashboard, and click START under troubleshooting that will generate some logs that you can share here. We can use that to isolate the issue there.
