Creating a brand new thread on this issue after support went silent over the last 6 months. Kind of embarrassing that I can post this big of an issue in March and still not get responses from Umbrel as to what could be causing this issue w/ my Lightning Node: Lightning Node - Page Unresponsive
My Lightning Node page fails to fully load until I get a browser error saying page unresponsive, asking me if I would like to wait or close. I can’t open a channel or do anything from the Lightning Node page, I always need to go to another app like RTL or something which works without issues.
I’m on the latest software and just upgraded to the Umbrel Home from my Pi4 setup, thinking perhaps it was hardware related. I still have the same issue where I essentially cannot use my Lightning Node app on my Umbrel Home after migrating over.
A grey bar goes back and forth, back and forth over “Lightning Wallet” section but I can’t click anything and then finally the page times out. Any ideas?
Hi @Diesel I just want to get some context on this. I read your other thread. This is strictly an issue with the Umbrel Lightning App being unresponsive correct?
Sorry about the lack of response on the other thread. Now that you’re on the Umbrel Home, I assume you’re running umbrelOS 1.2.1?
We should be able to get some more detailed logs now. Just to help us identify the specific issue, can you please navigate to Settings (http:umbrel.local/settings) > Troubleshoot > App > Lightning node Then click on “Download Lightning node logs”, and please send us the log file here.
Okay, I was going to ask the same thing as @smolgrrr to get some logs specifically for your lightning node going. I just wanted to make sure we could isolate it to just that app so you could pull logs specifically to it!
I sent the LN logs to @smolgrrr a month ago - I just really need some help here. I still cannot use my LN node and it basically locks everything up when I try to open that app. My node becomes unresponsive, it just sucks.
