i have now tried evry posible thing to get my node back up running , i uninstalled evry app conected to bitcoin core moved the chainstate and blocks folder , uninstalled bitcoin core and reinstalled it , now the node worked fine i got peers connecting and my node was synched to 94% and downloading the remaining blocks , but once reaching 98% the node crashes again , and i get the same error as before ,

looks like i moved on and downloaded bitcoin-knots this node works fine with the same chainstate and blocks folder ,
