This is a lulu!
Did the initial set up, created the main user and password which was successfully stored in my browsers keychain.
Everything looked fine until an auto update took place to the latest release.
There were no interruptions during the upgrade and since it completed I can no longer access it!
So looks like i’m up a creek without a paddle.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Is there a way to cause it to revert to the previous version of the os? i.e. pre update.
Hi, something similar happened to me. I created my user and password, then update took place to the latest release, and I lost access. The password was generated with an App Manager, but it didnt store it. So I just created the account but cant login.
Do you have any idea how can I solve this issue? Reset account and start again? How?
Power Off Umbrel Home: Turn off Umbrel Home at the power switch.
Insert the Reflasher USB Stick: Plug the USB stick into Umbrel Home.
Turn Umbrel Home Back On: Power on Umbrel Home with the USB stick inserted.
Wait for Reflashing: Allow about 5 minutes for Umbrel to automatically reflash its internal SSD. Umbrel Home will power off when the reflashing process is complete.
Remove the USB Stick: After Umbrel powers down, remove the USB stick.
Turn Umbrel Home On Again: Power up Umbrel Home once more.
Wait for the Initial Boot: Umbrel will complete its first boot, which can take around 5 minutes.
Complete Setup: Once booted, go to http://umbrel.local in a web browser and follow the on-screen setup instructions.
After completing these steps, any available updates should appear and install without any issues.
Trying to factory reset here. Everything seems to work fine until #9… Umbrel doesn’t seem to be completing its first boot.
SSH not responding. Have re-flashed the USB stick.
Have run through the process 3 times now (except for step 1, since no SSH). I’m waiting upwards of 10 minutes from turning on Umbrel Home again, and still can’t load umbrel.local…
