Can you please give the following a try

mkdir ~/umbrel/repos/https---github-com-getumbrel-umbrel-apps-git
cd ~/umbrel/repos/https---github-com-getumbrel-umbrel-apps-git
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel-apps.git .
git fetch --unshallow
git pull --all

and then restart your Umbrel
