I cannot send onchain tx and I cannot open LN channel

My balance is 30MM with almost 20 confirmations. I cannot send any onchain tx (error: Lower amount or increase confirmation target.) and I cannot open any LN channel.

Why is that?

Maybe you have too many UTXOs that will use too much witnesses.
○Try a consolidation, using this guide

Thanks a lot. I have looked to RTL to see list of UTXOs and now I see where is the problem.

I have one LN channel being opened with small fee 1sat/vByte and my current balance 30MM is one UTXO with zero confirmations.
