Bitcoin node consuming 5+gigs of ram

does anyone knows why this is happening? i have put all the settings to a minimum and only have a max of 1 peer and it still uses so much ram

Hey everyone! Apologies for the confusion. We’ve confirmed that this is a bug — the memory usage breakdown reported in the UI can be incorrect at times. The actual usage of Bitcoin Node would be way lower.

We’re currently relying on Docker’s API to fetch the memory usage, and in the next OS release we’ll switch to using our own underlying system API to correctly calculate the same.
