Hello! I’m running a Bitcoin full node as Bitcoin Node and I have a question. If I install Bitcoin Knots in this state, will the capacity of the entire node be added? Or will it be shared with the Bitcoin Node’s block files? Or is there something I need to set up separately?
The capacity of the node won’t be automatically added to Bitcoin Knots. Bitcoin Knots is a full Bitcoin node as well, but it operates separately from the Bitcoin Node, even if both are on the same system.
Thank you for your answer. Then, if Node and Knots operate separately, the block data of Node is not shared with Knots, but the block data of Knots will be downloaded additionally. Is that correct?
