Bitcoin debug.log is empty and the Bitcoin GUI is stuck on starting. I have tried a few things to troubleshoot, but still no luck. I am also unable to generate logs from the System > Troubleshooting.
Oddly, I don’t have easy physical access to the machine to reflash. Is there anything someone can recommend trying?
Good news! Bitcoind is now running again and debug.log is not empty!
I was unable to generate logs in the Umbrel GUI, but I logged in with SSH and ran
~/umbrel/scripts/debug
Which showed me that there was an error with bitcoind settings.json
This thread then helped me resolve it
