I have my raspberry pi 5 in a pironman 5 case with a 2tb ssd. Has anyone successfully installed umbrel and gotten all the functions of the case to work? Do I need to keep the pi os and install umbrel on the ssd for duel booting? Not sure if the settings would carry over if I booted into umbrel over the pi os. Any input would be appreciated.
Very cool-looking case. Make this project yours and document your actions. I’m sure it could be done, but it will be work or maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about. 
I don’t have the skill set to do this. That’s why I was hoping someone has successfully done it already.
Having just bought a Pironman 5 specifically for Umbrel, this would be awesome. Following the steps to install the Pironman software there are errors displayed, although the case functions do appear to be working.
Does the screen display and are you able to control the leds? Or do you mean the case functions as in the fans work and everything?

Fans work and light up. Screen works. Not tried to actually control anything. Good enough for me tbh.
What did you do to get it to work? Did you somehow install something? Or just put it together and turn it on?
Just followed the instructions on the Pironman site. Like I said, there was an error, something about being unable to copy a file. But upon reboot it all appeared to work.
There’s no instructions for the OS umbrel? I’m confused. Can you go into detail what you did by chance?
