All apps not running and updates not working

Hi, suddenly all of the apps displayed “not running” message, and shows 5 apps to update without any response when I try to update it, please help to resolve this issue, thanks

I’m having exactly the same issue. I updated to the latest version after installing Alby Hub and now everything is in a ‘Not Running’ state. The log is too big to upload apparently is 471 MB.

Why tf is no one from Umbrel replying to this thread??? I’m having the same issue. Lightning Node and all its dependencies not running and won’t update. Lost access to funds.

Guys. Come on.

It’s crazy; there is just 0 acknowledgement at all. Cant use my Alby Hub, access funds, or anything, all mobile apps say the node not running. Then this is supposed to be easy node for newbies (I’m not) however at this point in time handling issues with a manual command line setup is no different. :man_shrugging:

Hello, have you received an answer to your problem from Umbrel Support? I have the same problem and can’t get an answer from support! Or has it been resolved for you and is it working again?

Mine has been this way for a month or so now. All apps just go to not running every reboot. Seriously just crickets? Got a lightning channel I’d really like to close please.

Nothing at all from support; I just joined another live chat and have been trying to troubleshoot independently for months on and off when I can, stressing at the absolute least.

EDIT: At one point I got back in smoothly and was running smoothly, just before the 1.3 update (which would not install), apps were running and everything…then one reboot later…same ol same.

Been troubleshooting with online and forum info, also using GPT for some bits and bobs, THINK I’ve been able to back up, but still having issues checking backups, mounting, and all sorts of stuff.

Now logging in via browser is taking me to onboarding and asking me to create an Umbrel account and still having issues doing some things in command line.
