Can I Shutdown Umbrel when btcCore still syncing?

I’m realising the new external SSD is really slow compared with the previous DoiDo board.

Considering that the sync still going and it will continue going for long time, it’s safe to shut down umbrel, switch the external SSD enclosure with a better one and restart umbrel and consequently the sync where it stopped?

Or it will be the SSD re-formatted when umbrel will re-start?

Yes, if you shut down graceful is OK. It sill resume from where was interrupted.
