Updating RPi to 1.0

I am running Umbrel on an Raspberry Pi 4 (4 GB RAM). I followed the instructions to update to 1.0, as stated in the following.

I have not tried updating in Umbrel’s system settings. I have been keeping up with OS updates with APT via SSH.

I flashed the umbrelOS 1.0 image to a separate 8 GB SD card, but booting the Pi does nothing with it. It still works with my existing SD card, so rolling back was as easy as switching back to the previous SD card.

Any suggestions on updating to 1.0 on RPi?

Hey there, the minimum size requirement for the microSD on a Pi 4 is now 16GB with umbrelOS 1.x. Would be awesome if you’re able to try out the update with a larger card - feel free to let us know if you still run into issues!
