How to update from 1.1 to 1.4

Hello, it’s been a while since I’ve been on my Umbrel. I’m still on 1.1, and when I try to update to 1.4, I keep getting a ‘Failed to Update’ message. Any help. Thx

What is Umbrel on (mini PC, pi, other), apps installed, how large is the storage (external/internal storage device)?

pi, bitcoin node, 2tb external

I don’t know why it would have a problem, except maybe a thermal problem. I would try a new SD card and image it with 1.4. If someone could verify that all the data is on the external drive than what is needed to pop in a 1.4 SD card?

Wait, could my issue be i’m on a Raspberry Pi 4? Does 1.4 work only on Raspberry Pi 5?

I have a Pi 4 and did the upgrade to 1.4 easily, but I keep mine cool.
