I’m using now Raspberry Pi 5 with a USB Drive Samsung SSD T5 1TB.
sudo fdisk -l gives me the following:
bash: fdisk: command not found
No I did not run the update or upgrade command. What I did one month before, I had everything running on my Raspberry Pi 4 and then moved the drive to the Pi 5.
After that everything worked like a charm and much faster then with the Pi 4 until I ran the update to v1.3 from the Umbrel Web-UI.
The update process went through, but I can’t judge right now if it worked. I need to wait for an hour to see if the issue reappears. I’ll keep you updated.
30 Minutes later ;-):
Ok after roughly 30 Minutes, none of the apps is reacting anymore. I can’t start the Bitcoin Node, nor the Lightning Node etc. So it looks like a similar issue what aenato described but I have only one SSD connected.
Also the connection via SSH is not possible anymore. I will power it down now and wait for further instructions.
Why is Bitcoin Core not working now since the update? I know i’m not the only one having these issues. I’ve tried deleting the .json files and clearing the docker. What changed that caused all these issues? Just glad I only use this for Electrs/Nostr and don’t try to store any bitty on here like others. This seems to happen everytime an update comes through.
After upgrading to 1.3 and installed/downloaded Knots I was able to switch the Lightning node from Core to Knots , however when I switch Electrs, it stucks Connecting to Electrs server.
This is the error showed in logs:
