Umbrel node migration from RPI4 8GB => RPI4 4GB

I have recently become a first class citizen of Bitcoin by setting up an umbrel node on a Raspberry Pi 4 with 8GB RAM. This RPI is from a friend and fully set up and connected to a 1TB SSD via USB. Meanwhile my own RPI 4 with 4GB RAM has arrived and i would like to migrate from my friends RPI to mine so he can use his RPI for another project.

My Question now is the following:
Is it possible to just switch out the SD card and the USB SSD to the new RPI and it just works? If not, what would be the steps to take to have a successful migration?

I don’t think there will be any issues, but for due diligence, make a backup of the 24 secret words, and the lightning channels in case if anything goes wrong. The best case scenario, is that it is a seamless migration, and the worst case scenario is that it wipes the data and starts the IBD all over again from scratch.
