A node opened a channel to my node and then went offline and never went back for months now. I try to contact the owner but didn’t get any reply. The channel has 0 sats on my side, so if I force close it, I would only loose money. Is there any risks to leave it like that? Or any reason to close it?

There is no risk leaving the channel like that.
If all the funds are on their side, don’t worry about it. You gain nothing by closing such a channel.
The person who opened the channel is the person who pays the transaction fees. So even if you force close it, you wouldn’t lose any money.

Ok thanks for the advise. So beside that it’s not nice on my Amboss page, there is no reason to touch it. I will leave it longer, if I get bothered in a few months I might force close it. I was thinking I had to pay to pass the transaction on chain but you are right, that’s prepaid when the channel was opened.
