Mullvad blocking umbrel.local and ip address on Ubuntu Desktop

I had an issue connecting to umbrel.local and the ip address presented after installing on Ubuntu 22.04 Desktop. I found the issue was related to running Mullvad VPN. You need to allow “Local Network Settings” in Mullvad and it will work. I wanted to post this should someone come across the same issue.
